EYES

Well... most of the story about these photographs is exactly same to the previous blog post, named - "Shared Smiles", because these are photographs of the same day - " World Photography Day 2017 ". Now let me tell you about these photographs ... So, on that day ... August 20th, 2017 ... we were busy capturing scenarios and people of that construction slum area. We were really having trouble time capturing kids because of their energy+shyness+hopping-nature ... so I got an idea to get them together and told my friend to show them photographs in camera itself ... when he was showing his shots in his own cam, those kids were too curious to get a glimpse of photographs ... not only because those were from camera, but I guess, more out of the excitement to see oneself or fellow person who are recently captured in it. And you know kids ... they gathered and started to get the show... they were very curious by that, even one of the kid started to grab the camera to see its display ... and I was standing ready to capture those moments in my cam, that I did. You can clearly get an idea by their wondering eyes in following photographs.

In mean time when this all was happening, one of the kid was being really shy ... he was hiding in the shop area of that slum ... that got my eye ... when I signaled him to get out of the place and meet with us , he hid and started peeping out by his one eye ... There is one photograph that was captured at that time itself. You can see a kid's energy, shyness, curiosity and charm in that one photograph. That day was really wonderful and amazing. We had loads of photographs and memories out of those moments, which were beautifully captured. And this is how my friend is also got captured in this wonderful photo-memory.

Memories of that day makes me to remind - " any art form is not meant to showoff ... it is meant to live ". Well, that's all for this month ... see ya next month with more amazing stories.
